Shipping Carries that we use; UPS and USPS
Tracking numbers are issued on 100% of shipments.
We only ship within the continental US.
INSURE ALL ORDERS over $100 (Especially Rods & Reels)
Any un-insure product damaged or lost in shipment will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
Please allow 10 business days to contact us before any returns.
Returns - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Either contact Hammond's Fishing Customer Service with an invoice number or submit a request through our Returns Portal.

UPS Next Day Air Saver
Please be advised when choosing UPS Next Day Air Saver as a shipping option, depending on your location, UPS may require a signature in order to leave it at a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, UPS will not leave it. We would strongly suggest that if you choose UPS Next Day Air as a shipping option, someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. Hammonds Fishing Center will not be held responsible for reimbursing UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping charges if there is no one available for a signature release.
Note: All rod orders with additional items being shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver may incur an increased shipping charge. The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail. The shipping charge reflected on your final order confirmation e-mail will be the correct shipping cost.
UPS Next Day Air Saver Information
All orders placed with UPS Next Day Air Saver will be delivered the next day (with the exception of the weekends/holidays) with no specific arrival time. If a UPS Next Day Air Saver is submitted on Friday it will be delivered, guaranteed, Monday after the weekend (or Tuesday if it is a Holiday weekend).
Back Ordered Items
Hammond’s Fishing Center does not take back orders at this time.
Shipping Time Breakdown
With the exception of Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery, weekend days are not included in the travel time of a package. All UPS shipments offer tracking. Delivery and transit days are Monday-Friday only. Packages do not move in transit, or deliver on weekends. General Logistic Systems offers a limited Saturday delivery. FedEx Priority Overnight (Saturday Delivery) can have an order delivered on a Saturday.
UPS 2nd Day
As long as your order is placed before 12:30pm Pacific Standard Time Mon.-Fri. your order will ship the same day. If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air on Monday you should expect to receive it on Wednesday (no particular arrival time is allotted for these shipments). If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air on Thursday you will receive the order, guaranteed, that following Monday (weekend days not included in travel time).
Returns and Exchanges
In the event that you would like to return an item, please locate your INVOICE (likely sent via email) and Invoice Number, then contact Hammond’s Fishing Center Customer Service – email@example.com
Or, submit a return request through our Return Portal.
A representative will be happy to help your Monday through Saturday.
All returns must be approved by Hammond’s Fishing Center before the return shipment can be sent and accepted.
All other customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned product.
If you have a question that your invoice does not address please call and speak with a customer service representative who will give you return information specific to the product you are returning.
If you need to submit a warranty for a product, please take pictures of the affected product/damage/defect and email them to us. We will work with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Hammond's Fishing, 4235 browns bridge rd, cumming GA 30041, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
